Jasmine Piegza
LPN, Office Manager
Jasmine started her career as a nurse in 2001 in a traditional family practice office. In 2010 she took a position in a holistic medical office and has been in the integrative medical field ever since. She finds holistic medicine truly fascinating and enjoys hearing patients get excited about how much better they’re feeling when they start down a new path to wellness.
Jasmine joined Connected Health Care Systems in April 2018 as the office manager. She is eager to help Dr. Waldo grow his practice and to help patients achieve their health goals.

Jasmine and her three children live in Cicero with her husband, Steve. She enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, Lucy. Most of her free time is spent reading a good book or listening to music.
Shay Calhoun
Front Office Manager
Shay joined CHCS in February 2019 after relocating to Indianapolis from Charlotte, NC.

After losing her dear friend to cancer, she knew she wanted to learn more about how to help people achieve optimal health through holistic medicine.

Shay lives in Fishers with her teenage daughter and two doggies, Dallas and Tucker, and has two adult sons who reside in MI. Her passion is to love all people the way her faith teaches and maintain to live a positive lifestyle.

Having over 13 years in Women's Health Care, she is excited to be part of such a cutting edge, wellness team at CHCS.
Christine Waldo
Bookkeeping and Accounting
Christine graduated with an Associates Degree from Indiana Business College. She was an Administrative Assistant of Information Systems for Stop Loss International, as well as Administrative Assistant to Property Management and Leasing for Duke Realty Corporation.
In 2010 she applied her business experience to assisting with the set-up of the Connected Health Care Systems office. She now manages the financial affairs of CHCS including payroll, accounts payable and receivables, and is responsible for all purchasing for the office. Christine works with the CHCS Accountant on computing and paying taxes and compiling financial reports.
Mariah Hollis
Lab Technician/Phlebotomist
Mariah is a seasoned phlebotomist with over 20 years of experience. She has been with Connected Health Care Systems since 2013, serving as phlebotomy technician through LabCorp. Mariah prides herself in having positive relationships with patients and co-workers. She possesses an in-depth understanding of Dr. Waldo’s approach to medicine and applies that knowledge when drawing labs, ensuring quality results for a complex specimen regimen.
